Who We Are
The Growth Manager was created by our Founder, Angie Martin, a passionate and empowered businesswoman, digital marketer, and business development manager. From launching her first business at just 12 years old, Angie has been dedicated to teaching fellow entrepreneurs the strategies for business success.
In 2022, a life-changing accident reshaped how Angie approached both business and life. Now working 12–15 hours per week, she runs her businesses with a wellness-first philosophy, proving that sustainable growth is possible without sacrificing health or passion. Her mission is to help other business owners reclaim their time, reignite their passion, and step away from the cycle of overwork and burnout.
